Immigration Lawyer Ryan Kosobucki is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Hackley & Robertson. Ryan’s areas of practice in Immigration and Nationality Law include employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, and appeals, with an emphasis on EB-5 practice.

Ryan graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2005 (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011 (JD, Cum Laude). While in law school, he served on the Nova Law Review, was named four times to the Dean’s List, and received the Book Award (highest grade in class) in Legal Ethics. Ryan participated as an advocate and brief writer in a national moot court competition in Constitutional law. In addition, Ryan was a Research Assistant to his professor, with whom he co-authored an article on international law that was published in the LSD-Journal.

Attorney Ryan Kosobucki is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. He is a member of the Florida Bar and has authored or co-authored published immigration law articles in the area of EB-5, most recently in the Fall 2011 edition of Construction INK! Magazine.
